Please add the usage percentage

Please keep the older app version screen interface that allow us to see our Main balance as well as data usage percentage like “80% data used” or “20% data remaining” in 1 screen without needing to scroll or click. Otherwise, please advise how do I reverse my app version to the past version where I am very happy and have no issue at all and the screen remains and not subjected to login or logout.

Another thing is current version keeps auto-log me out. And in order to see my main balance and data balance, I have to login again and again. Sometimes waiting for OTP which is not immediate. It is really frustrating.

Beware - Tricky Ui

My point is - there is a difference between Top-Ups, Bundles and Plans, and Data Packs. All-in-1 - are plans and should not be listed under Top Ups.

The developer in their response, used a term Top Up Bundle to lump Plans, Bundles and Top Ups together, but then Data Packs are on a separate tab. This - is poor UX.

(old review) On the Top Up tab, the default purchase options are for one-month plans, but right at the top it says Main Balance in bold. I ended up spending $58 on a one-month plan, thinking I was topping up my main balance. I did not see my $58 reflected in my main balance, and the UI is really too subtle to notice the one-month plan I bought. I then spent another $33 to buy a data bundle, which was actually what I wanted. It was only after that, upon googling, that I realised I had wasted $58 for something I had no use for. M1 has a “strict no-refund policy”, and my last attempt to getting any real support from M1 on another issue had been extremely slow and torturous. Consider it money burnt.

Hi RayManInSg, allow us to share price plan and top up bundles differs. There are 3 price plans for Prepaid cards : Zero Card, Talk 8 and Free incoming calls (FIC), while top up bundles are listed accordingly via respective top up tabs on the app. Nonetheless, thank you for sharing your thoughts with us and your feedback will be forwarded for review on app improvement efforts. Thank you - Sam

Poor UX. Basic improvements needed.

1. App should alert customer that data is running low way earlier (eg when there is 200mb left), not WHEN it has ran out. Many a times, by the time I do get the alert SMS, my data has already ran out and it sucked up all my main balance $. (Ouch)

Updated in response to developer response: Once I get the flash SMS (eg when i leave a wifi zone) and go into my app to try to top up my data, it’s too late. It has already used up all my main balance $. So I’m left stranded with no data and no credits. Hence, the 50mb threshold is way too low and should be changed.

2. User should be able to save credit card details instead of having to manually add it all the time.

Updated in response to developer response: not sure why credit card details can’t just be saved into the app (regardless of it being a prepare stored value function). Especially when most apps can store credit card details these days. Or perhaps Apple Pay?

3. App should list all value-adds which each product. Eg I know if I top up my main balance with $10, I get 500mb of data. But it is not listed.

Updated in response to developer response: I’m referring to the hidden value adds that come with each bundle, as per my example above. It is not listed in the app.

Developer Response ,

Hi TootsiTickle, thank you for your feedback. Do refer to our following replies :

1. I'm afraid, thresholds for various data balances are fixed (sms alert subject to network conditions). Do use the app to monitor your balance from time to time and top up before your data pack expiry.

2. Prepaid card is a stored value function based card, recurring payment option is unavailable. Alternatively, you may consider to sign up under Postpaid service.

3. The top up full bundle including promo data, free sms, bonus value, bonus data are reflected on the Balance tab. Please advise what are the hidden values that you're referring to? - Sam
