Mobile Phone Number Fields are wrong
App is easy to use but when registering recipients in the Philippines, it is not able to accept the long phone numbers of the Philippines (11-digits). It is only accepting the last 7 digits which is totally wrong and incomplete.
The timeout is inconvenient too. I had to look at my family’s info in the pictures or in the messenger coz I need to enter the birthdate and the phone numbers. By the time I go back which is less than a minute, it timed already and I have to start the registration all over again. So discouraging to use.
Difficult to tap on back button on top left corner
Having difficulty to tap on back button on top left corner of iPhone. Try to use photo function to take photo but it keep mentioned that document is blur. Been stuck at the completion of registration.
Auto Log out and Unavailable Biology Thumbprint Login
Every time switch between app we need to log in again for the account . No support thumbnail login feature . Not convenient at all.
Not convenient especially you need key in long email and password.
