Can’t login n reset password
I set up the account at NEX outlet. After setting up the staff requested me to login using the default password. However. Your app does not accept capital letter on my iPhone. After several attempts in the presence of your staff, who also used your system to check n attempted to rectify the errors. The issue still can not be resolved. The app also cannot recognise the user ID provided by your staff when I try using forget password. I gave up😡😡😡
Easy to use
I’m able to check my tickets and pay directly from my phone without having to go to the shop. This app also send me notification on expiring tickets too.
Very convenient
This is by far the worst apps I have to use. Will never give a rate. The most inconvenient n this company will send their uneducated personal to demand your presents or force to forfeit your valuable. Install n at the end get extremely disappointed. Plus each ticket they demand more cash from you. Think 100 times before u pawn. It better sell
