Excellent training plan tool


Been using this app for a week to keep myself accountable to a marathon training plan and it's been fantastic! Best free app I've found though I do use it in conjunction with the free version of Runkeeper.

Very useful and flexible


I am new to running and had no clue on how to prepare for my first 10K run. The app gave me a systematic training program tailored for how much time I had for training per week and how many weeks it was before the 10K event. During the training program, I received reminders of the training runs and intervals I had to do. Once I entered the times I clocked during the training runs, the program adjusted the suggested timing of the subsequent runs to fine tune the program according to how well I was progressing. Overall, a great app!

Skips a couple of one km splits!!!


Had been using this App since 2014 when I got my Kayano 19.
However after the recent update, the App start to skip registering the distance for a couple of km and shows that I had ran three times slower my normal rate for that one km split. In the end, the App registers that I did a 8km run instead of a 10km run! I had two other Apps running as well, Nike and MapMyRun & both registered my 10km run properly. This happens once and I thought maybe I accidentally hit a pause button or something like that. However when it happened again on my yesterday Sunday run, I am about to delete this App.
