Wildly inconsistent


Unreliable app. Certain functions are amazing and really improve quality of life and then you have some really frustrating functions which do not reliably update with the STARHUB server. When you bring it up with customer care they say users should double check on the website if their requests on the app have indeed gone through. What's the point of having an app if the user has to constantly assume that the app doesn't work properly and we have to verify on the website.

The app functions which also work 100% of the time and very efficiently are bill payments or adding more options to your bill (ie app is optimised to take your money) but is highly inconsistent when you want to redeem points, check usage, retrieve bills etc - taking forever to load and frequently hanging/crashing.

The app is a very mixed bag of major hits and misses.

Unable to login all of the sudden.


I think there might be some bug going on. Able to login all the while, but just moments ago, it does not allow me to login! It stated “Hub ID @ password incorrect”. Was there a sudden change in login that i was not aware of? Did not change my password. Only simply updated my hub ID to my email address

Terrible at ease of use


The payment is unstable, keeps throwing out error. Not sure I trust this app with payment?? just paid after channeling immense amount of patience but it’s not reflected on my balance. Got stuck on confirmation page with no way of getting back. I had to reboot app and it tells me my ID is invalid now.

After clicking on recontract now, trying to recontract my homehub, it sends me to pick up phone packages???

Saw a lot of customers giving you feedback, please do something about them soon before you lose customers?
