Good product, sales services but poor IT and Administration service


The e-service is so laggy, especially after the doing CKA which takes more than 5 mins to proceed to fund switching page or just hang there (regardless of using wifi or mobile data). Please improve on your IT service for both website and mobile apps (lots of room for improvement compared to the other insurance companies) 😡

Cannot update address on both mobile app and website


Quite disappointed about AXA’s IT services. Tried to update address but always got this error message
“There has been a problem communicating with the server. Please try again later.” Seems no one is regularly checking the service.

It’s so scary, I will delete straight away


I am so concerned using this app to input any data or update services. It hang at my first log in and have to kill the apps to restart. Then all page alignment run for iPhone X that I can’t see any back button. Have to kill the apps again to back to homepage. Find a proper apps developer pls, this one look like a web than apps.

Regarding the user interface feedback you have provided with regards to iPhone X, we are currently working on improving it.
