Annoying telemarketers and lousy apps

After I paid for the services, I don’t get what were promised in the Noonswoon Plus (same 12 matches, no 5 daily coins..) Worst is the apps keep crashing, pictures showed up wrongly, duplicated or highlighted as one whom I have “Noonswooned!”. Ridiculously, I am swamped with telemarketers trying to get me to do offline match making because many of its members are VERY interested in my profile, and none even bothers to listen to me on improving the online business. This implies the telemarketers are NOT company’s employee? Or is there a company? I feel my particulars are sold to many match marking agencies who did not update one another for all the good feedback I told them. Regret paying for this app, can I get a refund !? Guys and gals, be warned!

good app, but unable to use

I believe it is a good app based on my first impression. The only issue is that the queue for review is too long... I submitted my profile 2 days ago and now my queue number is still 2k++.. So I guess my profile can be hopefully reviewed by the end of year 2017
