This application is a Smart Nation initiative jointly developed by the Municipal Services Office (MSO) and Government Technology Agency (GovTech).

The “OneService” mobile application is part of the Government’s on-going efforts to provide a convenient channel for reporting municipal issues within Singapore. The application provides for common categories of municipal issues and more features will be offered under subsequent updates.

Waste of Time Reporting Any Issue


Case closed after more than 3 weeks and placed under close monitoring. However, issue still persist. Had to raise another case and it has been “working on it” since 8 Feb 2018. This just confirms that this app is for show only. Incidentally, I have visited, emailed, and called Marine Parade Town Council multiple time on this issue since Oct 2017. I left my number and never once did they call back for an update.

Lastly, asking for Case ID after bad review goes to show that either the developer is clueless how many cases are still pending after weeks or there are so many backlog they cannot tell which it is. Close your backlog.

Troops supply

I gave 3 star because app is good to use but It's the area officer who reply me really annoyed me. My feedback was not address , nothing been done and case was closed. How can this be!!!

Can this app be make in the way that if a case was not satisfied by the complainant, it can't be closed by the authority side.

I'll see when accident will happen at that spot I mentioned. Than I'll write in.

App not easy to use

Pained user.

OneService app is difficult to use. While registering, after keying my personal details and the one time password sent to my phone I had an error message saying I’ve not given my details.
Next when I gave feedback on road maintenance, I can’t see what I’m typing in the “any other details” space. On iPhone 7 Plus the pop-up keyboard blocks whatever the user is typing.
