Review on Pizza Hut App
the payment is really such a hassle, shld consider hving a saved credit card number function (similar to Foodpanda) so tat we do not scramble to find our credit card despite ordering numerous times.. also, the button to submit the credit details shld be the first button instead of “BACK”.. your sequence - “back” “cancel” “submit” which is not logical... why would we wanna go back after keying in our details. good to have those buttons, but “SUBMIT” button shld be at the top instead of the last button. Thanks

The app is easy to use with simplistic design. The only qualm I have is to implement a confirmation button or page. My order was immediately confirmed after I selected cash on delivery and clicked the next button, which wasn’t a confirmation on my end. I couldn’t get the coupon for downloading the app and signing in with my email address as well. Otherwise great app.

Lousy UI and UX
I hate using this app, but it's the only way I can order from Pizza Hut. Chock full of annoying pop-ups that simply do not understand user behavior. The payment page is poorly designed and inexplicably has a huge Back button right above Submit button. I get that Pizza Hut has a deal with Masterpass but do you really need to hide the other payment methods on the app? Wish I could just order Pizza Hut off Uber Eats or Deliveroo or just about any other app out there.
