Pros and Cons
Overall, Plus500 is a decent platform with a reliable amount of shares to trade.
The downside is that you have to set up your indicators multiple times, on your limit orders, on your favourites, on your searches. Basically, the indicators are not sync on every graph which is a huge hassle in my opinion.
Secondly, you won't be able to see the information page on the shares you are trading such as "Market open timing, minimum shares amount". The only time you will be able to see it is you will have to search the shares and navigate from there. If it's saved on your favourites, you can't navigate over to the information page which is odd.

Traumatic experience
Firstly, tried to withdraw my money and they said they have to verify my account first which I do not understand. Why didn’t they verify my account before I made my deposit but instead only waited until I wanted to withdraw my money back?
Secondly, raised a couple of tickets regarding the withdrawal of my money and after a few days they said that my account was verified and now I am able to withdraw my funds.
Thirdly, I submitted my request for withdrawal and waited. I waited for one entire week and I still have not gotten my money back. I sent an email to customer support plus I raised a ticket regarding my money and the customer support team has not replied me. Please be careful of this platform everyone

Regarding the withdrawal process, we always strive to process the withdrawal requests as fast as possible and the estimated time is within few business days. However, once they are approved from our part, there is some additional time that depends on the financial institutions.
