Nice Shopping App!

Dear Qoo10, nice app and i really like the time sale or daily sale items which are really very good bargain! Discount coupons are generous and great for non sale or group buy items too. Well done!!

However, i find that a few sellers may not be clear on their listings, as users usually do not have much time to read through all the details for each item. Suggest to minimise text on each listing page, ie only put details (text) that are really important. Details that are not so important can be put on list or bullets form. Faster and easier for us (busy people) to read through.

Unethical platform

This is the worst e-commerce platform I’ve ever used. I requested to close my seller account and was told that buyer account will be closed as well. Okay for me since their interface isn’t that great anyway. Before they proceed to close account, I requested to refund my seller Qcash of $100 and was promised that it will be done on exceptional basis and of course I said pls proceed with the closure. They went silent about the refund until I sent multiple follow up emails and guess what? They replied with the typical it is not refundable. Hello? Then you promised me for fun? They asked for proof that the person replied my email said it will be refunded. Again, hello? You deleted my account! Asked them to trace back with their IT and they said they would do an investigation. No follow up, nothing. What investigation are you doing? How about go and investigate if your staff are doing their work?? After so long, I can only say they’re going back with the promise!! Would you want to start your business with them? Do you think they will protect you buyers when there’s a dispute? Think twice or thrice before using them. Or take my advice, go use other platforms like shopee, Lazada etc. Seriously Qoo10, wth is your service team doing?!

Too many changes and downgrades the app

Recently there had been many updates to the app...at first I couldn’t find the Qlounge button and always had to click on the history. Then the Mamego button also went missing and I couldn’t even find it at history so had to resort to googling on internet and enter through the webpage. Then now even though the Mamego logo has reappeared in the Qlounge page but I cannot find where to exchange the MameQ to Qpoints. So what is the point of having so many MameQ ? And to exchange a Mamemon to MameQ you need to become a Live10 active user. The updates made the app more user unfriendly and everything became worse. If this goes on, you are forcing users to exit Qoo10 and turn to Lazada or Shopee. Hope the management can revert back some flexibility otherwise will definitely lose out to the competitors.
