Can't login using Facebook

actually, I really love this app. I can find sport games that I like and make friends from it. however, I got kicked out from my account recently and couldn't login using Facebook account. I registered using Facebook and can't login using the same email as my Facebook account. The issue didn't only happen with me. Other friends that I knew from this app also experienced the sae. This is a blocker. Please handle this issue as soon as possible.

Went from bad to poor

Reward points from winning ranked matches was incomprehensible. Being a sub 3.7 player You get +5 from winning a 3.8 player and +30 from winning a 4.0 player, despite the minimal skill differences between the two ratings. This means you will need to win the 3.8 player in 6 matches to equal a win against the 4.0 player.

Newly revamped leaderboard ranks you based on pulse points accumulated which is tied to your activity on the Rovo app. This renders the leaderboard totally useless since the ranking is based on activity and not actual tennis skills. You could be one who hosts a ton of games, award tons of badges and lose all games at a 2.0 level and still be placed first on the leaderboard. It’s nearly impossible to identify a suitable opponent from the leaderboard now (based on actual tennis skills). This removes all incentive for improving, but encourages user activity which I Guess the app developer is more interested in. I hope they bring back the old leaderboard.

Sorry about that Chokovic! The new revamped Pulse points leaderboard is actually based on only your ranked Pulse points (Match wins only), any other non-ranked Pulse points are not counted into the leaderboard. Sorry that we were not clear in communicating it on the Ranked leaderboard page. That's our bad. We'll fix that!

Great app but too many bugs

I genuinely love this app as it has enabled me to arrange for tennis games in a very flexible manner and hence compete against great and interesting athletes. It’s however a real shame that it consists quite a few bugs (eg slow loading, wrong threads) so as a user you need to be aware. Really hope they can be addressed. Nevertheless it is still one of the best apps I have used!
