Bad, nonsensical user interface

In order to view your credit card due dates, you will need to click into the card transaction history, click that small little ❓on the top right, scroll all the way to the bottom in order to realise it was due 5 days ago. No warning, no prompt, no nothing.

To add salt to the wound, I just realised that Standard Chartered actually send your bill to your email. YES, an easily intercepted, hackable email address, with all your transactions, credit card number, whether you have a supp card, name and address, ALL THE INFORMATION ANYONE NEEDS TO IMPERSONATE YOU VIA THE PHONE‼️‼️ I really want to meet that “genius” who thinks this is a good idea...

Please for all those using Standard Chartered, call the bank, ask them to reinstate your paper bill.

Looks really ugly on iPhone 7 Plus

Still can’t get the user interface right.

Also, the review by Angry Krug on 22-Nov is not accurate (on top out-of-topic) — The e-statement sent via email is encrypted, also doesn’t have enough details for ppl to impersonate— even assuming if the email is compromised. I personally find the e-statement via email is better that those lesser service by other banks, which require the hassle to login the internet banking to download. The risk of login into a phished internet banking is far higher.

Ridiculous compared to the competition

I hope someone from SCB is reading this. This app was great when it was first launched, now it’s just feels slow
The transfer interface is on a separate interface now which slows down the selection of accounts and therefore the whole process of transferring funds.

In addition, after several months of the IPhone X launch, SCB is still unable to fully utilize the full screen capabilities of the iPhone X.

If every other bank in the street is able to update their app timely and to provide a seamless transfer of funds interface. Why can’t SCB??? I not asking for you to top the competition, but please, just at least follow the pack.
