Cool App, but needs some optimization
I think this is a brilliant finance tracking tool for all Young Singaporean Adults to have. The first steps into the financial literacy is pretty daunting, so having this app is a good way for users to really look at your overall financial overview.
But I’m giving this app 3 stars (should be 5) is because of the extremely slow and tedious process of having to sync your bank accounts. It relies on your mobile banking app, but it that fails to work as planned, you’ll find yourself stuck at the loading page for a really long time - with no way of resetting the process. Developers should really look into this, but otherwise great app! Recommend!
Inconvenient new interface
Used to love this app because of its simplicity and I liked how everything can be seen clearly, including the pie chart and break down of expenses on the main page. Ever since the update, it’s been more convoluted and difficulty to have a quick visualisation of my spendings. Also, it is still a little restrictive considering users cannot customise the categories available and it’s icons! The icon for food is a little weird to me - chopsticks stuck in rice - I could be too superstitious but it makes me feel a little uncomfortable seeing it haha. Just a thought for Developers to consider revising icons!
Great app but pointless when data can not be downloaded
Downloaded the app on 26 June 2018 and really like the simplicity and the ability to consolidate different bank accounts. 2 days later - sent an inquiry which went unanswered. In early July, noticed balances are correct, but none of the credit card transactions are showing - hence expenses is nil. Sent another request for help via the app - no response. Finally on 11th July, I replied to the welcome email from Co-Founder Tee-Ming telling him the following:
I wanted a budgeting app catered for local use. Deeply disappointed with customer service. Sent 3 emails - zero response.
Great app. But will not recommend to others for zero follow-up and troubleshoot.
He replied asking about the issue - responded. To date - still asking what’s the issue. Screenshot sent - credit card transactions not showing for some banks for July - what more do you need to troubleshoot?
Great app - but pointless if unable to download data point correctly.
