Buspooling service is a transport solution for people staying in the same estate with similar destination or work location to share a direct bus service on a daily basis.
We identify and customize high demand bus routes based on users’ requests and launch the service once there is enough sign-ups to form a bus. With more requests and sign-ups, we will be able to set up a bus service faster.
Sharetransport App Features:
(1) Find Suitable Route and Bus Service Schedule
Search for suitable route by estate region and view bus schedule details
(2) Purchase Monthly Bus Pass
Book a monthly pass to secure your seat. Payment can be made via Credit or Debit Card.
(3) Guarantee seat with E-Bus Pass issued
Receive an electronic bus pass with validity date to confirm seat purchased. The bus pass will indicate pick-up and drop-off locations and timings.
(4) Bus Tracking and Service Alert
Enable real-time tracking of the bus arrival and receive notification alerts promptly.
(5) Wait List for Bus Service
If the bus service is full, you can join the Wait List to receive notification once there is availability on board.
If you are unable to find any suitable routes, simply suggest your regular commuting route to help us facilitate on the setting up the new route for you.

Easy to use but could do with more discount for monthly pass!
App is very user friendly and bus arrival time is prompt too. However, it is more expensive than other private buses and with limited vacancies. It would be good to either give better discount for monthly pass or increase bus capacity.
I like it that they value feedback and will seek to improve following suggestions from riders. Overall, am happy with this app usage.

Looks good but doesn’t work during critical moments
They managed to snag a big client in ScSM 2018, official partners for transport.. but they failed themselves by proving the event was too big for their shoe. On both days the app server went down during the critical bus boarding period. Yes we have to give credit where it is due.. as in the bus Drivers don’t even check if the passengers have tickets.. or else it would have been a huge chaos. But the company have to ask themselves if there’s that kind of business and services they want to provide.
Good app good system
Using the monthly pass now. Hope to see newer buses. Maybe more discounts for monthly pass buyers
