Buses and train+buses direction down?!
Hi team
Ive noticed the app (for iPhone 6s Plus) direction for bus and sometimes for train service is down.
As in few days ago I was able to see the buses and also bus+train services for the exactly same location to start and end but today I was not able to see the result as it shown 'Sorry' for the two columns of 'bus' and 'train' directions.
This has happened for at least two weeks by now and it is very frustrating when I was standing at bus stop under hot sun yet I couldn't get to find the direction out to the destination i wanted to go.
Please fix it asap!!

USELESS APP EVER!
I am always a Google map user but ok today I am in rush to somewhere and checked Street Directory saw there is express bus but when I reached there is like no! No bus! And why the walking distance is so cheating! You can't walk pass private building and count it as your total distance ok! No wonder always shorter distance compare to Google Map! And yes I did give thousands of chances and now no, every single time, faking your direction. Ok bye uninstall forever!
Two star for the detailed maps
Too many full screen force ads ruin the experience. Seems like ads are their only revenue unlike Google that have other sources of revenue.
If a user search for a restaurant let's say then it is proper to show ads for other restaurants. This is more targeted, and better to user than forced ads.
