Quality Dropped a lot

I have used Singapore Maps app over a 12 years. It use to have great accuracy for bus times and for showing your location while riding in the bus.

Quality dropped a lot and it was showing the car, taxi, bus, MRT/bus options. It showed the car & taxi taking 8 mins, bus and MRT/bus taking 25 minutes. Comparing that to the Taxi & Grab apps, they had a range of 17-25 minutes. Taxi & Grab are cars. How is a bus and MRT/bus 25mins & the Taxi & Grab app 25 minutes?

I know the route, traffic lights, traffic, and weather affect travel time. But how can it be so different?

The buss arrival times was wrong. At the bus stop there is signboard with arrival times for all buses at that stop. Singapore Maps app Arriving but no bus, showed 17 minutes to next bus, but the signboard no arriving for that bus, next bus was 9 minutes.

Some companies are no longer at the location listed in the map. It would be great to at least have restaurants, hospitals, clinics updated more often.

Is it possible to add walking paths instead of a straight line through property? Sometimes there is a fence or wall that prevents you from walking straight through to the bus stop or station.

Laggy

I used this map for almost 7 years once I came in Singapore. While recently it just became so laggy, and every time I opened it, I can feel my phone is burning, after open more than 5min the whole map almost stuck there as well as my phone. I don’t know what upgrades packages u’ve put in, but pls, take a look and fix it, this map is so powerful and well updated, I love it and it really helps me finding buses and ways. I don’t want just delete it as other apps

Landscape orientation | Ad-free version (Suggestions)

It can be better if the iPad version can be viewed in landscape orientation since that is the position of the iPad’s screen when it is mounted on an apple keyboard. Also, let users have the option to pay a one-time cost for an ad-free version of the app if they want to, since it is a hassle to wait for the ads to finish playing before able to use the app every time and downloading offline maps is not an alternative as those offline maps will get outdated. When the app is used during meetings, it is a problem when the ads shown are not ideal, in addition to waiting for the ad to finish before we can begin to see the map.
