Worst app ever
Both the sistic m site and app provided the worst experience ever.
First the app doesn't support masterpass even though it gives the option to do so. Then turned to m site to do the transaction. It site refreshes all config everytime you use masterpass and doesn't automatically select the ticket that waives the booking fee. I accidentally paid extra for two out of 3 bookings I made. The last booking that worked as advertised took me one full hour to finish booking but that includes trying and giving up on the app to finish on m site.
SH....TIEST APP I’ve ever used. Can’t believer they would release something hat just doesn’t work!!!
I’ve wasted about 30mins trying to do and redo simple selections using this app. Selections don’t work, when you complete all details it resets and ask you to redo all over again. What a pain!! I can’t believe I’m saying this but I would prefer to drive to a sistic counter and queue for a ticket rather than use this app again. It is now deleted. I wish I could get my 30mins back
Worst app I have used since beginning of smart phones
The software is buggy
There are no loading indicators
The interface is formatted for desktop instead of mobile so the words are too small and you cannot zoom in to see.
It frequently doesn’t recognised that you are logged in and ask for your login details midway through a payment transaction
It can drop a transaction payment halfway through the MasterCard secure verification
Loading speed is terrible
User interface and icons are poorly sized / positioned for use on mobile
SISTIC needs to both get a new app, and improve their backend server side
Up to six family members will be able to use this app with Family Sharing enabled.
