Unable to pay bill thru app

I was able to make payment for bills through app for past months, however this month I’m unable to see the option to pay for my November bill and the status show as I have paid everything so far. Is it a bug in the app? Please assist. Thank you.

I haven’t received a bill for November yet and their website and app are down. Is this the same for everyone else? Usually I receive my bill via email on the 16th of every month but haven’t so far.

Cannot update cannot use app

I'd like to know how are iOS9 users going to continue using this app - there is no way to log in now that it bugs to update to latest version that supports iOS10 or later.
