Can’t even get the simplest thing of resetting of password done.
When you forget your password, you click the ‘Forgot Password’ link, verify your details on App and you receive an email link for password reset. You proceed with the reset and get a message that says ‘Oops. You have entered the wrong ID or password. Please try again’. You can try this process repeatedly and you get the same problem over and over. It doesn’t work, you can’t reset your password. Seriously, in this day and age? This doesn’t happen. And this is supposedly SIngapore Power Group, a national level organization that generates hundreds of millions and billions in utilities revenue? Looking at the sheer number of 1-star ratings and critical reviews on the App, it is quite an embarrassment.

looks useful but not useable if iOS NOT SUPPORTED
This app does not update even my device is 10.1.1 ... SG government encourages people to repair their appliances and devices to reduce waste. At the rate this app is updating versions, this may not be in line with the government's waste reduction position as we will be forced to buy new iPhones just to keep up with the app updates ... when existing devices are working fine? FYI, if I chat online I can send a transcript to myself, with this app, it is not possible and there is no chat log?
Update (25/3): Looks like the app developer fixed the update issue coz now can update on my iP, thanks!

Meter reading submission could be more user friendly
The meter reading section indicates the period In which the reading can be submitted.
After you have submitted, the interface remains the same and you are told again the period in which you can submit the reading.
If the page can send us feedback and inform us that the submission has been done, it will give assurance to the users and they will not have lingering doubt if the submission has been done properly or not.
