Was good - now can’t use


I’ve used the app with no problems at all but suddenly it tells me to download the latest version. I click on ‘update’ (this is the only option) and now I can’t even get into the app! Please fix this ASAP!

Fixed! I tried again to log in and I’m now able to access the app as I had previously. Very happy with it now. Thanks!

Unnecessary Security


I don’t understand why such a non-confidential app for utility bills would have such a troublesome security setup. People forget their password and resetting password in this app is just so horrible and annoying, plus too many considerations to setup a new password. It’s even easier to manage password with my banking app. But to manage password with utility bills app just totally doesn’t make sense. Your security setup is hurting you. Get your acts together and think with the perspective of users!!!

Horrible app


This morning tried to login, app says I’ve changed my password which I did not, tried resetting my password as what the app advised but to no avail, tried uninstalling and installing app again, nothing works. Called customer service and they said they’ll send an email to reset the whole thing as they also mentioned a lot of users are affected, till now nothing. Please get your act together as you guys are a government department and you failed
