Ratings and Reviews
App results do not get sent back to web browser
I tried with multiple devices. Generally, I can test how well a device is using the wifi by comparing device results across multiple days and using multiple devices, single or multiple channel. The results will generally show up on all devices as I log in using a single account, except the web browsers which I use from my laptop.
It looks like all my results (even those from web browsers) will show up in the app. However, if viewing online results from web browser, none of the results from the apps get sent back. It does not make sense but it happens. I prefer working from web browsers to collate the results but it can only be done through the app.
And don’t tell me that results take a while to send back. I have noticed that results from months back which I can see from the app, will not show up when login through online.
Speed measured aint false!
Always visit this site to check the speed of any WIFI I connect in different different places. Speed teat measure is quite exact.
Saved Preferred Saver
I used to be able to save a preferred international server and switch to a local server to conduct testing without changing the saved server. This feature has been removed lately and the app always started with a local server selected. Now it is very cumbersome to select a specific a international server for testing as I need to scroll and load more server list based on distance many times to be able to choose the specific server. Why the change and why can’t you let us input the city name to jump to the server list. It is very frustrating that we need to repeat the unproductive process every time for testing.
