Disappointment. Data consuming even for post paid customers

This app claims that Starhub post paid customers will not be charged for streaming the shows on the app. However, every time after I watch one ep of my show and check my data usage, there is a spike due to the streaming of videos. Even though I have changed my mobile data network setting to “shwap”, it still utilizes my data. Very disappointing. Called the Starhub Operators and they advised to uninstall the app instead. Lol. Please fix this issue and return me my wasted data and money.


Not working after update

It was working great before I update to new version today. Even after update it keeps showing pop up to update to new version! Please fix. ( I did try to restart my phone, still the same issue)

Hi, this is an existing Apple issue. Simply uninstall the previous app and reinstall again. This is also to ensure that no lingering issues from the previous version gets carried over to the new one. Thank you and we apologize for the inconvenience.

Unable to play video

The current version is unable to play all the video clips. Unable to watch all the shows. Pls get it fixed. It been so many months and the problem still remain the same. No progress, no improvement. It's quite disheartening.

The video is unable to play in the player. It's stuck in a black screen. Tried it on a lot of Programmes but still can't. Did a few uninstall of app but problem still persisted.
