Confusing as hll. Too many updates that sucked.
I’ve been using TFC tv for a long time now and while all apps (as they should) improve their services each update, TFC app is by far the worst. You charge a $10 fee monthly for a crappy app that only works sometimes. I went off the subscription from time to time due to this extreme horrible experience, when I wanted to watch a show but it just wouldn’t load. Refreshed data, swiped down to refresh anything even had my phone switched off several times with airplane mode. Did all that repeatedly until I gave up. Thats how bad it was. Please do a proper update because all this unecessary paid hassle cost me time and money. Oh, and did I mention that your bloody advertisements disrupt viewers when it randomly pops out while the show is on going?
Not loading after the update. Cannot play shows in mac too.
I am a TFC premium subscriber and I cannot log in to my tfc mobile account after the update. It keeps giving me the message “Unable to log in. Unknown error.”
I re-installed it to see if it will work. However, it says that I need to install the new update of the app even if I just installed the updated app. Then it will just go back to the login page.

I cannot play any TFC shows or movies on my mac air for months now. My version of mac is 10.9... I know it is old, but still, I hope you can find a way to make the movies play in any version. Netflix, Viu, etc. has no problem playing so I don’t think it is a mac version problem.
I am writing here cause when I click app support, it directs me to a page that says “not available”.
I hope you can fix the issue.
Lousy
The latest update was very lousy, the video don’t work. Only audio. Even i email them already and follow the instructions and send them the proof still not working. I like the old version as it has date and can backward or forward the video. Now it’s very troublesome.
