Enough maintenance please.
The amount of maintenance the app goes through and the timing that it goes through without any notice is ridiculously too much.
Always having the most amount of difficulty on this app compared to other companies. Stop upgrading when everything is working and in order. Less is more. Its so annoying and frustrating as a customer. If I experience this again, i might have to reconsider staying with this bank and moving to other banks. The user interface is so important and alot more convenient it makes a customer really think about moving to other banks.
Software not so up to date
Now with the latest security by iPhone X face recognition. I really hope UOB can also integrate this with log in option for convenience purpose for the iPhone X user.
Another thing to include is the option to change log in password. To manage own account setting.
Overall app is outdated.
From developer: Dear Usher72, Thank you for your feedback. We are already supporting the Face ID feature for IPhone X, you can enable it the same way as you enable the Touch ID sign in feature. I can’t see any feature on the mighty UOB app. Please verified. Still the same only fingerprints log in!

We are currently working on optimising the user interface for IPhone X, will update in due course on the targeted implementation timeline.

Restaurant Rating is insane; Too much maintenance
The app is reasonably easy-to-use. The function where after every restaurant payment it's asking me to rate that restaurant is absolutely insane, and that's after I have switched OFF that feature in settings. Earlier reviewer's comment on too many maintenance updates is absolutely true; it's even more annoying when you are in a rush, and the app refuses to work until after you update. Change maintenance cycle and remove the rating feature, and this app will score a lot better.
Up to six family members will be able to use this app with Family Sharing enabled.
