MANAGE YOUR CLIENTS
Store your client’s name, address, picture, URL, and location on a map. Call or send your client an email with one tap. Clients can easily be found in the app. For each client, you can specify an hourly rate or use your default rate for all clients. Hourly rates can be changed quickly.
MANAGE YOUR HOURS WORKED
For each client, easily enter the date, start time, end time and even lunch time (when applicable).
The app then automatically calculates your hours worked, displays the hourly rate for this client and calculates the total charge. Set your time unit as 1 minute, 5 minutes or 15 minutes and even when you take a break. Automatically use your default rate when no rate is stored for a client.
Create a report of the hours worked, how often you want, for any time period and any client. Reports can be shown on the screen or sent by email in PDF or CSV format. The CSV export file can be imported directly into Excel or Numbers. Customize your reports with your company name and logo.
Finalize a time period and the number of hours worked for a client. Report and email your hours worked as a PDF report or as CSV export file. The start date for the next time period is updated automatically.
The app automatically recognizes your local settings on your iPhone/iPad, so dates, times, and currency type are entered the way you want.
