Great product! I recommend for frequent travelers!
Though there were some small issues in the beginning for example the activation and a bit of waiting. However, to me it’s a new product and as I am an early adopter enthusiast, it has and is a great product, so well done!
I travel a lot and I must say I cannot complain as it seems to be the first of its kind from my understanding.

App doesn't move on
Typed in the 10 digit card number and an email was sent to activate my card. Clicked it and it went back to the YouTrip app but it was the same screen before activation. I did not get the option to set a PIN or anything and it seems to be stuck there. Have tried multiple times on different days and still nothing happened.
So... how do we even start using the card when there's only one mode of activation (mobile) and it's broken? I was expecting to see a web activation process as a backup. Looks like I can't use the card until this is fixed. Quite disappointing...

Unresponsive customer service and major application flaws
Bug in the app has not been fixed. Had the card for a week but could not activate it because it keeps prompting the pin is wrong.
Tried to reset the pin through email but was not able to change the pin because the application kept prompting “something went wrong”. Tried multiple new pin combinations but to no avail.
Even called customer service and they had admitted it was a technical problem and would be fixing it. Yet it has been a week since and have not heard from them.
Tried to call customer service to follow up but there was no one to attend to the service even though the card claims the hotline is available from 9am to 6pm daily.
I am already going for my trip for 5 months and had signed up for the card 2-3 weeks in advance yet I have not been able to even use the card because of the flawed application. Honestly very disappointed.
