This version was focused on fixing a lot of the bugs and stability issues you have reported to us over the last few months. Thanks for your help and please keep sending us your feedback.
• Custom keyboards no longer cover some text entry fields
• We have fixed some bugs preventing tickets being assigned to certain groups or agents
• Macros no longer override ticket fields not used by that macro and can now add and remove tags
• We’ve fixed the issues with our search returning results that could not be viewed in the app
• Views will now give the correct ticket count
• We’ve fixed the issues with assigning to current group and groups with light agents
• The app no longer created duplicate comments with a poor network connection
• Fixed issues with adding a photo as an attachment on iPad
