Bad pop release with no greater merit than the more-or-less successful songs "Vela aberta" and "Tire os pés do chão," this album brings a collection of dated pop grooves in weak melodies and lyrics. Walter Franco, an expressive artist, missed the point here. No Brazilian influence here, other than the Portuguese lyrics. Completely disposable.

As a student of dramatic arts, Walter Franco wrote music for several plays by Albee, Esquilo, and others. In 1971, he wrote the theme song of the soap opera Hospital, which was released as a single.
