My experience in Ljubljana
From my experience in Ljubljana, though not an extensive one, Bolt does bring novelty to the shared transport market here, especially with the electrical scooters. However there are two main issues I would like to address; first is I think a less disruptive one transport wise, that is, bumping up the speed limit in low speed zones. In places such as Ljubljana where the whole city centre is a low speed zone, it is pretty annoying trying to get from point A to B. The second issue may be more relevant to other users as well, it being that there are not enough parking spaces outside of the city centre, neighbourhoods such as Bežigrad, Vič, Šiška and Nove Jarše, and i think that should be addressed with priority when the next updates are introduced. All-in-all a great experience, just needs a little bit of tweaking to make it more useful to the local residents.
An application that has no control
Every arrival that takes 5 minutes, count it as 35. Drivers are always late, they always take other routes. It is always a problem to find drivers, even if they are free, and they often know to cancel after more than 15-20 minutes of waiting for them, still without explanation.
Wherever I went on time, I was late because of all of the above.
