An Atlanta, Georgia-based hard rock/glam metal outfit that specializes in "loud, unapologetic rock and roll," Kickin' Valentina were founded in 2013 by guitarist Heber Pampillon and drummer Jimmy Berdine. After adding vocalist Joe Edwards and bass player Chris Taylor, Kickin' Valentina inked a deal with the Atlanta-based indie label Highway 9 Records and released their debut self-titled EP. In 2015 they signed with Danish hard rock/metal label Mighty Music/Target Group and issued their full-length debut, Super Atomic, which was produced by Andy Reilly (Bruce Dickinson, UFO, Asia, the Quireboys). Two years later the band unleashed its sophomore long-player, Imaginary Creatures, again via Mighty Music/Target Group and with Reilly behind the board. ~ James Christopher Monger
