A versatile pianist, organ player and composer, Larry Goldings has played with everyone from Maceo Parker to James Taylor to John Hendricks to Jon Scofield, in addition to recording with his own trio. Employing a soul jazz sound similar to Lonnie Smith, Goldings released several albums during the 1990s, including WHATEVER IT TAKES, BIG STUFF, and the Brazilian-tinged CAMINHOS CRUZADOS. Creatively restless into the new millennium, Goldings has branched out into film work and is active in exploring new technology in music.
