In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I remember the first time I heard hip hop on pirate radio in the 80s as a young kid. I couldn't hear very well because it was all static-y but it was Kurtis Blow. I couldn't figure out why he was talking instead of singing. I was totally obsessed. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Blondie, Atomic - The Very Best of Blondie Lil' Kim, Hard Core Missy Elliott, Supa Dupa Fly These are the ladies that inspired me to become Princess Superstar. Total legends! Tell us why you chose this song. “Bad Babysitter (Instrumental)” This was on my 4th album and became my first hit song. I had worked hard to get that :-) I also love it because so many people told me how much fun they had listening to it and it made them happy! What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? I just love the fact that I have been going since 1994 and still at it 3 decades later. I've had the chance to collaborate with incredible artists like Prince Paul, Arthur Baker, Moby, Kook Keith & so many others-and have never been limited by genre. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I just have to do a song with MISSY!!!! I have been wanting that since the 90s!
