A celebration of both his own and his favorite artists' classic material, Déclarations d'Amour is a double album from French crooner Herbert Léonard. The first disc contains 11 cover versions, including Jacques Brel's "Ne Me Quitte Pas," Francis Cabrel's "La Dame de Haute-Savoie," and Marc Lavoine's "Elle a les Yeux Revolver" and collaborations with Cristina Marocco ("Et Si Tu N'Existais Pas"), Gérard Rinaldi ("Un Homme Fragile"), and Christian Delagrange ("À Toutes les Filles") alongside a previously unreleased tribute to hero Otis Redding ("Big O"), while the second disc features 14 of his biggest singles, including his '80s hit duet with Julie Piétri ("Amoureux Fous") and signature tracks "Pour le Plaisir" and "Tu Ne Pourras Plus Jamais M'Oublier." ~ Jon O'Brien, Rovi
