It's Growing is the only album released by reggae prodigy Garnett Silk before his tragic 1994 death, which makes his relentlessly inspiring message of love and unity even more captivating. And it's not just his attitude that we adore—Silk's musical prowess also speaks for itself. His powerfully resonant voice is lively and sweet on the joyous "Place in Your Heart", passionate on the sultry "Come to Me" and absolutely exultant on the Rastafarian spiritual "Bless Me".

Born Garnett Damoin Smith in Jamaica's Manchester parish on April 2, 1966, the young DJ-to-be, had decided on his career choice as a small child....
