Album Review

It seems rather odd that Union would choose to make their second album a live document — with only one prior album, they don't exactly have a large back catalog to draw from, which means that there's a good chance it will have mostly the same songs as its predecessor. Thankfully, six of the 13 songs on Live in the Galaxy did not appear on Union, and since the latter was not readily available in the U.S. at the time Live was released, the inclusion of seven of its songs is somewhat more understandable. They don't differ terribly from the studio versions, but it doesn't matter quite so much in this case, especially to listeners who don't own the debut.
