Album Review

Although A.N.I.M.A.L. has been recording since 1992 in its native Argentina, it took them until 1996 to score a U.S. release; three years later comes their fifth album, Usa Toda Tu Fuerza. It's obvious why the group has sustained a career for so long — their Latin-rock sound is aggressive and muscular, and has only grown more so over the years. Highlights of the album include the title track and "Revolución," the first single.

Argentinean hardcore metal band formed by guitarist Andrés Giménez, bassist Marcelo Corbalán, and drummer Anibal Aló in the early '90s. A.N.I.M.A.L. is a short cut for Acosados Nuestros Indios Murieron Al Luchar (while being chased, our natives died fighting).
