Good tip to improve the app
the app works great. it would be great to add to the application when the customer is waiting for the driver the possibility to establish contact using the flash on the phone. in the part where I'm watching where the driver is, but it's already dark, there's a space where there could be a button that, when I press it, the flash on the phone starts flashing, which helps the driver recognize who exactly he has to pick up :)
Terrible service
We ordered the Bolt Pets service for the highest possible price because we wanted to go with our dog who can't handle long distances on foot in the summer (a small French bulldog breed). The driver came and told us that he would not take us and the dog. He did not cancel the ride even though he said he would do so and even after I wrote him a message to cancel it after I waited on the street for couple of minutes and I was charged a cancellation fee. A friend ordered another taxi on his phone because the ride was still running on my app where it showed me that the driver was waiting for me, which was not true at all and it was not possible to book another one (imagine standing alone at night on the street while waiting reach the waiting limit to order another car). The second driver, who was also ordered through Bolt pets, told us that the dog is not allowed on the seats. I am interested in how people with 30 kg dogs can travel with this service if they are not allowed to put the dog on the seat...why is this service so expensive if it does not work???
Absolutely no customer service and not functioning properly
I was absolutely gutted by the misfunctioned scooter and non-existing customer service. I was unable to end my scooter ride at the parking zone as the GPS in the app was unable to pair my location with location of the scooter. I was trying everything - repeatedly checking my GPS setting, refreshing the app, driving around neighborhood just to help the app to co-locate me and scooter and nothing worked. As I was doing all of that, I was expecting response from my text message to Bolt (I wrote them with my problem through their “customer service” in the app) and as you can guess noone replied till this day. Result - one hour of hopeless tryings to resolve the issue and therefore over-priced ride. At the end I was able to end my ride somewhere in the forest, god know how. Never again
