Can’t unblock my account (terrible customer support)
OK, I was happy with Taxify at first. Then I tried to add another card and all of a sudden I was told I couldn’t pay by card anymore because of “suspicious activity” or something of that sort. When I inquired about this, I found out that adding multiple cards is, apparently, suspicious. Except that it’s perfectly normal for people to have multiple cards, especially if they use one for business-related travel and another for personal travel, or if they use different cards depending on the currency they will be charged in. So this is a big no-no form me, for which I am taking away two points. (To get the issue resolved, I had to submit a selfie of myself holding my ID card—and I’m now waiting for the “verdict”. I hope to find out I am a real person.)
7 days since I addressed the issue with Taxify; still no progress. Lowering my rating further. Terrible customer support.
Amazing taxi service
I really like that it the whole thing works, you know the price and you can pay by card.
What would be great to add is stops in your ride. Right now I can only set my last stop and if I want to drive one of passengers somewhere else, I need to change it and the driver has nothing from it. Also, if I put the first stop, then change it to another one, it’s not ideal as well.
Finally, it seems that you stopped doing promotions - it would be nice to have it from time to time, or at least to get a bonus after 5 rides for example.
App is great, but...
But I am missing a possibility to add transition point between start and end point. Usually my friends and I share Taxify, some drivers are OK with doing additional stop, some of them have asked us to create a new request for car in the point which is just transition point.
So please, add transition point possibility.
