Eureka Birds are an atmospheric indie pop act from Baltimore, Maryland whose lush, low-key sound has won them a significant following on the East Coast. Citing the Decemberists and Radiohead as key influences, Eureka Birds were formed in 2007 by singer, composer, keyboard player, and multi-instrumentalist Justin Levy, though he had been writing songs that would form the project's repertoire since 2004. ~ Mark Deming
