In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My earliest musical memory dates back to being a toddler. I was standing near a record player, bopping and singing along to Michael Jackson's 'Off The Wall' album. I vividly recall always propping up the album cover against the speaker on display :-) What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Jodeci, Diary of a Mad Band Kehlani, blue water road Mary J. Blige, My Life Bonus Track Version 'Diary of a Mad Band' - I was so heavily influenced by K-Ci Hailey's vocals and Devante's edgy, sexy production. 'My Life' - the power of a raw, honest and emotive vocal - such a fave! 'Blue Water Road' is an easy listen, start to finish! What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? The current moment! 25 years on, celebrating the song that started my career - 'Jackie'. The time felt right to record a fresh 2023 version and was blessed to collaborate with Mind Electric for the 25th Anniversary remix. So excited for this release!
