A well-known and respected country artist in Quebec, Patrick Norman has released 25 albums in the course of his career. Born Yvon Ethier in Quebec on September 10, 1946, Norman released his first album in 1966 as part of the group Les Fabuleux Élégants. His greatest success, "Quand On Est en Amour," came about in 1984. His 2007 album, Comment le Dire, was a hit in his homeland, charting in the Top 30. ~ Chris True
