HELD. - Relief could not be granted for malice or for perjury, since they are not civil causes of action. The negligence claim was appropriately dismissed for lack of factual support. Winters slander claim was barred by the statute of limitations, UCA 78-12-29(4). Winters claims for breach of contract and wrongful employment termination must be dismissed because Winter offered no evidence of contractual terms breached. Winters argument that his employment termination violated public policy would not be considered for lack of legal analysis. Summary judgment could be granted, since the facts were undisputed.
