Gage v. Tristan

Appellant Kenneth Eugene Gage appeals pro se the district courts grant of summary judgment in favor of appellee Tristan in Gages 42 U.S.C. § 1983 action. The appeal requires this court to determine whether the district court erred by finding that Gages action was barred by collateral estoppel arising from a prior state court action. We have jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1291, and we affirm.
