Fast and Cheap way to Transfer
I’m surprised to see all the bad reviews and thought to write one about my experience with Dee Money. From past 3 months I’m using Dee Money to remit Thai Bhat to Indian Rupees and Thai Bhat to Malaysian Ringgit. For personal purposes, I use their app and for loan repayment purpose, I use over the counter services at Sukhumvit, Bangkok branch. All my transfers were fast enough (read 2-3 days) and the charges were just 150 Bhat per transaction (not to mention all the discounts and offers I got on those charges). Indian overseas Bank used to charge me 500 Bhat per transaction and let alone the exorbitant charges of 1200 Bhat by K-Bank. I sincerely recommend Dee Money just because of all the Goodwill they earned from me.

Pathetic service, waiting for amount to credit for last 5 days.
There is no certainty about credit date if rates go down after you transfer money to them.
Every time you call or line them they reply it will be done tomorrow.
Thinking to take legal action about them.
Suggesting again Use them only if you don’t care about your hard earned money.
POOR SERVICE DON’T TRUST
SECOND time to experience a bad service here! I’ve used DeeMoney app but it’s been 3 days now and my family wasn’t still able to receive it. It’s so hassle for the receiver. My family went to several MTA branches. But in the end, they were asked to contact MetroBank and when my family decided to claim the money directly from MetroBank, this bank requires 2 valid IDs (well, PHILIPPINES!!). During the first time using their service, t’was exactly the same scenario but worst than this. From now on, I won’t be using DeeMoney and I will never recommend them. I will stick with SpeedSend via CIMB bank because they are true to their words, “SPEED SEND”.
Initially, I asked Mr. Lobo’s email address but they didn’t give me.
Staff here? Every time there is a complain this is their dialogue:
“Do you have Line app Madam? Add us in Line first.”
Lol. They don’t want to deal on the phone. I asked email address of Mr. Lobo. Why? Because I want professionalism and formal approach. In Line app, seems you are just chatting to your friend who has a love problem. Jeez! On the phone, your staff seems uninterested to help. Look, train your staff. And don’t put your customer’s money on hold. I am a very considerate person. My first experience was the worst than the second, but did I say anything after? No. I did not. Instead, I still gave DeeMoney a second chance. But again, you failed. Customer Service, work on it guys. And PLEASE NOTE, if you don’t have the guts to convince your customer, then stop advertising and promising that this is a trustworthy company.
