Weight Log helps you keep track of your weight and body mass index(BMI). You can also add a quick description(for food, exercise, etc) associated with your weight tracker as a diary of your thoughts.
Weight Log has simple UI and it is easy to navigate. You will find out how easy it is for usage. Just input your weight daily with a few simple clicks, then BMI is calculated and all your data are documented. Later on you can review and monitor all your weight records, BMI value as well as associated notes through a organized table list. You are able to see the changes over days or weeks by input any date range to see your weight loss or gain through a graph. You can also monitor BMI changes through graph too.
Hopefully Weight Log can easily help you lose or increase weight as desired.
