Fresh off this year's Space Coast Elite Lacrosse Pro Camp that brings Roger, Steve, and their host (and great friends) of professional lacrosse players and college coaches together each year, they talk about the love of lacrosse and the lacrosse of love.  They reflect on the closeness of the lacrosse community and in particular how the lax community rallied around the family of one of its finest and promising young stars, 18 year old Space Coast Stingrays phenom, Corbin Graves. 

There was more love than typical in this year's camp and coaches an players felt that the uniquely special spirit of Corbin was with us to make us really appreciate the here and now of the joy of lacrosse and the souls that make it happen, from coaches to parents to players.  This one is for you Corbin!  We will always love you!

Lacrosse is unique as a sport in that it attracts not just the desire to be great in sport, but high academic and career achievement outside of sport.  This is one reason why high academic achievement and Ivy League colleges are commonly contenders for national championships…look no further than 2018 National Champions Yale University.

Lax Bro  co-hosts Roger and Steve showcase the upcoming Sept 27-29 is The Lacrosse All Stars box Lacrosse tournament down at Onondaga Nation with 34 teams including the Thompson Brothers and Casey Powell Lacrosse Federation & Sept 29-30 is The Wooden Stick Festival and Randy Hall Masters Tournament.  They are priviledged to interview two young lacrosse legend twin brothers Clay and Kroy Bigtree Arnold.

Fresh off the heels of Space Coast Pro Camp 2018 featuring the legendary brothers Brian Megill and Ray Megill, Florida Launch midfielder Duncan Clancy, and two Division I college stars, co-hosts Steve Jordan and Roger Welton have a great conversation with local stand out coach Billy Gibbs.  Billy was an All-Conference midfielder for RPI and is head coach of the Florida state powerhouse tournament team Space Coast Stingrays.  Coach Billy joined the camp coaching staff for one day of camp and they discuss the experience of working alongside these phenomenal professionals, the value for the camp participants, and its effect on the morale and skills of lacrosse players aged 3rd-12th grade.  There is a guest appearance from a 10 year old boy participant as he discusses the value he got out of the Pro Camp (hint, he is the son of one of the co-hosts).  This episode is not just about one Pro Camp but about the value of top end lacrosse camps in general.

Roger and Steve have the pleasure of interviewing Major League Lacrosse Florida Launch Midfielder Duncan Clancy.  Duncan highlights his unique path from Rutgers University and Jacksonville University stand out attacker to transitioning to Midfield in the professional ranks after signing with the Florida Launch.  Duncan also shares his training and nutritional regimen that keeps him primed to play at the highest level.
