Wonderful

I am finally beginning to learn Chinese after years of trying and forgetting about it.

Needs some fixing

I am a user and student of this app and it needs a lot of work. There are times when I’ve just completed an exam or watched a video and it wouldn’t register. There are even times where it’s telling me to reset my deadlines when I have already done an exam or something. There are also times when it logs you out and refuses to log you back in. Sometimes it takes days to log you back in and sometimes due to that I may miss a deadline or something. It needs a lot of updating honestly because that is very frustrating

Difficult to opt out

I just spent the last hour trying to figure out how to opt out of emails, I signed up in my country and I’m now getting emails from all over the world, filling my email folder with what I consider spam. The option to opt out or cancel should be way more easier to access than to download an app just to get in the settings to opt out. Now I just want to get rid of everything “Coursera” because of this one option that is still difficult to get at. The option that should be in plain view, trying to get it, left a very bad impression on this foundation and I want no part of it anymore. Please stop sharing my information!!!!!!!!!!! I don’t want emails
