When death is your business, what is your life? For Nate, David, Ruth and Claire, the world outside the Fisher & Sons Funeral Home continues to be at least as challenging — and far less predictable — as the one inside. HBO presents Season 2 of the hit drama series that takes a darkly comic look at members of a dysfunctional L.A. family running an independent funeral home. With owner/patriarch Nathaniel Fisher no longer alive (except in the hearts and sometime visions of his family), his survivors — wife Ruth, sons Nate and David, and daughter Claire — continue to cope with the tricky business of looking to the future while being constantly reminded of the past. What emerges over the course of 13 episodes is a quirky, funny, emotional, life-affirming look at the enlightenment of a grieving American family . . . that happens to be in the grief-management business.

Such a wonderful Show!
I truly miss watching this show on a weekly basis. Ruth Fisher you were the best!
Gone but not Forgotten
While the first season was good, the second season seemed to be a better, more emotional pace. I loved 'Drinvg Mr. Mossback', meeting Lisa, experiencing Nate's AVM firsthand, and seeing the show take a turn from family dramedy to family drama.
BEST SHOW EVER!
My favorite from this season is "Back to the Garden" starring the lovely and talented Patricia Clarkson...how can that possibly be bad? GOD, I'm so HAPPY this is finally in iTunes!!!! For those of you who have not seen this show yet, BUY BUY BUY!
