THIS IS NOT MAD MEN UK. THIS IS QUALITY DRAMA.
I think that this is something that people need to understand when watching this show. When the first reviews came out, everyone was talking about how similar it is to Mad Men. Well, it's not. It's nothing like it at all. The entire series (so far) has been crafted brilliantly, with many fine details. Every single aspect of each episode is amazingly well thought out. I thought that with the thriller element it may be a bit cliche but there is nothing of that sort. The series really reflects how journalism worked in the 1950s and the political repercussions of reporting the truth.
I cannot recommend this show highly enough.
...will we ever have access to Episode 2??
Rubicon if it was British! Love it!
