Description
Standup comedian Martin Lawrence is now best known from the Bad Boys and Big Momma's House movie franchises, but Martin is the vehicle that made him a star. Lawrence plays Martin Payne, a wisecracking Detroit radio talk show host popular with his listeners because of his brash on-air style and womanizing reputation. Off the air, however, he has a nurturing, caring relationship with Gina Waters (Tisha Campbell), a young executive. When he's with Gina, Martin reveals the sweet, sensitive side of his personality, but his best friends tease him that Gina has turned him into a wimp, and Gina's best friend reminds her that Martin can be a typical macho hothead.

Classic!!!
What can be said about this series that hasn't been said already? This show is a classic and I am glad that it is available for us on iTunes. Now we all can enjoy the talent that these actors deliver and relive the experience of watching this show back when it was popular in the 1990s and just laugh over and over again. I have Season 1 on DVD and I am anxious for the release of Season 2 on DVD later this month. I am proud to say that Martin is a part of my enormous DVD collection and now it is the newest addition to my iTunes collection. Finally, I can enjoy the show whenever I'm not at home. The quality is great, sound great, everything is just GREAT! If you were a fan of Martin back in the 90s then you won't regret this purchase. $20 for a lifetime worth of memories. Martin we love you!!!
